We Process the Following Personal Information:

Personal information provided through the Website. When you use the Website, we collect and process full name, work email address, company name, phone number, messages (e.g., book a demo form) when you interact with the Website.

Personal information provided through the Services. We collect personal information in the Services, including your full name, email address, company name, job title, log-in details, as well as any other information that you decide to provide us with. We also collect the contact and billing information of our customers.

Personal information automatically collected. We automatically collect certain information through cookie, pixels, tracking technologies and similar identifiers ("Technologies"). When you use the Services, we may automatically collect technical, operational and audit information through the Technologies, including log-in activity, session information, IP address, device and browser information, system events, error logs, performance data, and records of actions or configuration changes made by users within the platform and other technical or system information.

We will use your personal information to allow you to make use of our Website, including, (i) if you request a demo, we will use your personal information to process and answer your request for a demo; (ii) to answer your questions and to allow you to communicate with us; (iii) to analyze your use of our Website and to improve our Website; and (iv) to customize your experience.

To Market our Website and Services. Bell uses personal information to market Bell's Website and Services. For the avoidance of doubt, Bell processes Customer Information (as defined below) on behalf of the applicable customer. Therefore, the customer is the party responsible for the security, integrity, and authorized usage of Customer Information in the context of the services, as well as for obtaining consents and permissions and providing any required data subject rights and fair processing notices required for the collection and usage of such Customer Information. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Services is permitted under applicable laws and in applicable jurisdictions.

Bell has a contractual relationship with its customers. In the context of Bell's Services, the customer can decide which information, including name, email address, conversation content, issue descriptions and bot responses; interaction metadata, including timestamps, session identifiers, channel, language, call duration, routing, escalation and resolution status; information retrieved from customer systems through integrations; and derived data or analytics generated through the Services ("Customer Information"), the customer will allow Bell to access. To the extent we process Customer Information on behalf of a customer, such processing is governed by our agreements with that customer, and the customer is responsible for providing appropriate notices to individuals and for responding to requests to exercise data subject rights. If you have any questions related to Customer Information processed on behalf of a customer, please contact that customer directly.

HOW WE PROTECT AND RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Security. We implement and maintain industry-standard technical, organizational and security measures designed to protect your personal information. While we implement measures to protect your personal information, no system can be completely secure, and there remains a small risk of unauthorized access to our servers. Google Analytics. The Website uses a tool called "Google Analytics" to collect information about use of the Website.
